Are you having a crazy Wednesday? Try this cocktail to help you get over this humpday.
POMEGRANATE ORANGE PUNCH
- 1 bottle semi-dry champagne
- 8 ounces pomegranate juice
- 8 ounces ginger beer
- 4 ounces orange juice
- 2 ounces vanilla ginger syrup
- 2 oranges, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup pomegranate arils
Combine all ingredients together in a large pitcher or bowl and serve over ice! Since we are using champagne here, I wouldn’t make this the day or night before because the bubbles will go flat. You can make it about an hour before and you’ll be good.
I like to put the orange slices on the inside of the glass before the ice. Fill with ice, then punch and a sprinkling of pom seeds!
